Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via bank transfer:

You can also upload your account using your VISA Credit Card. However if you want to upload more then 500 EURO we recommend you to use bank trasnfer becuase upload/withdraw process is limited.

It is very use to withdraw funds from Moneybookers. You can withdraw either on bank account (on "Withdraw funds" page) or on credit card (if it was verified). Money will arrive during 2-5 days.
